Welcome to meetirra.com (the “Site”), operated by Airra Labs Inc. (referred to as “we,” “us,” “our,” or “Airra Labs”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site, including any content, functionality, newsletter sign-ups, pre-launch registrations, blog posts, feedback forms, and other services offered through the Site (collectively, the “Services”).

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site or Services. By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

– “Irra The Social Rover,” related logos, product names, and slogans are trademarks or registered trademarks of Airra Labs or our affiliates. You may not use them without our prior written permission.
– Patents granted and pending apply to Irra product design and technology (e.g., U.S. and global patent application numbers referenced on the Site).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site for personal, non-commercial use only. No other rights are granted.

4. Pre-Launch Sign-Up and Communications
– By signing up for pre-launch notifications, Kickstarter updates, or our newsletter, you consent to receive emails from us regarding product updates, campaign launches, availability, and related commercial communications.
– You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in our emails.
– We may use third-party service providers to manage email communications and collect basic data (e.g., email address, name, country) for these purposes.

5. User Submissions and Feedback
Any feedback, comments, testimonials, photos, or other materials you submit to the Site or via email (“Submissions”) will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. By submitting, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and create derivative works from your Submissions for any purpose, including promotion of the product.

You represent that your Submissions do not infringe any third-party rights.

6. No Warranty – Informational Site
ALL INFORMATION, SPECIFICATIONS, IMAGES, VIDEOS, TESTIMONIALS, AND MATERIALS ON THE SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY.

We do not warrant that:
– The Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
– Product specifications, availability dates, pricing, or features will not change.
– Any future product will match exactly the prototypes, descriptions, or early tester feedback shown.

Early tester testimonials reflect individual experiences with pre-release samples and may not represent typical results.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Airra Labs, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or personal injury, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site or Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed One Hundred U.S. Dollars (USD $100).

8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Airra Labs and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

9. Third-Party Links and Kickstarter
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., future Kickstarter campaign page). We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites.

10. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. The “Last Updated” date indicates when changes were last made. Your continued use of the Site after posting changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
